(“Fox Valley”), founded in 1986 and based in Neenah, Wisconsin, is a leading regional value-added distributor of highly engineered flow control components including valves, fittings, hoses, tubing, regulators, instruments, temperature switches, couplings, meters and many others. The Company’s products have MRO and OEM applications in the utilities, chemicals, industrial equipment, heavy manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, paper and packaging, semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing, and other industries. The Company also specializes in supplying flow control components for sanitary and ultra-high purity (UHP) applications, and to major mechanical, electrical and instrumentation contractors for the build-out, expansion, upgrade and maintenance of production and process facilities throughout the country. The Company maintains longtime supplier relationships with the leading domestic and international manufacturers of flow control components including Parker Hannifin and Barksdale. Fox Valley’s longtime owner Dan Cohn was looking for a strategic buyer with national reach in the flow control space, and for which Fox Valley’s leadership position in Wisconsin and the greater Midwest would offer synergistic growth opportunities.
